Overview:

Attorney He Xiaorui joined NTD in 2022.  Prior to joining NTD, Mr. He worked in a leading domestic law firm, engaging in patent prosecution, freedom-to-operate (FTO) analysis, and intellectual property transactions.  His main practice areas include patent invalidation, patent litigation, and intellectual property transactions.

Mr. He specializes in administrative litigation and civil litigation related to patents and technology, as well as legal services such as FTO analysis, invalidation searches, and intellectual property transactions.

Mr. He serves multinational companies in China, Europe, the United States, and other places in patent and technology cases related to chemicals, pesticides, and pharmaceuticals. He is committed to providing legal services in chemistry and biotechnology.
