NTD’s trademark group is one of the earliest and experienced trademark teams in China. We have practiced and provided full services in trademark aspects for almost 30 years including search and surveillance, assignment, modification, renewal, licensing, opposition, cancellation, invalidation, administrative litigation, and consultation on trademark protection strategies. The number of applications for registration we handled in the past years is more than 100,000.
There are 60 plus trademark attorneys and 20 plus supporting staff in the trademark group.
