NTD established the Germany Group to represent the interests of its German clients before the National Intellectual Property Administration, PRC (CNIPA). The special strength of the Germany Group lies in the teamwork of our interdisciplinary patent attorneys. We build a special team for each of our clients, which can be always adapted to changing circumstances. We give advice, develop patent strategies, conduct patent searches, draft patent applications for our clients or their R & D centers in China and provide services in the areas of translating and submitting patent applications, examination, reexamination and invalidation, as well as drafting expert opinions on issues of patent infringement.
The Germany Group has a total of 32 members, including:
22 Chinese patent attorneys,
4 patent engineers, and
6 German and/or English translators.
Most of the patent attorneys and patent engineers have German/Chinese postgraduate degrees in the fields of automotive technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and electronics. The working languages of the Germany Group include Chinese, German and English.
