Overview:

 Mr. Liu worked as an engineer for the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences from 1985 to 1993, focusing on mechanical design, and then joined NTD in 1993. Mr. Liu's practice focuses mainly on patent prosecution. He has handled thousands patent filings and prosecuting cases. He has also represented clients in many patent reexamination cases, patent invalidation cases, and patent litigation cases. He has also drafted many patent applications for clients and filed these patent applications in China and many countries outside of China, such as the USA, Japan, and Europe.
