Jane LI has been working in NTD since September 2013. She has been providing legal services related to intellectual property for many famous enterprises at home and abroad.

Her areas of expertise involve trademark/copyright/unfair competition related civil and administrative litigation, investigation, administrative enforcement, assignment negotiation, border protection, internet infringement monitoring and complaint, copyright registration, domain name dispute and other legal consultation related to intellectual property. In many years of practice, Jane LI  has represented many famous Chinese and foreign enterprises in protecting their rights, handled multiple complex and challenging litigation cases, and assisted clients in successfully obtaining well-known trademark recognition and high damages awards. Cases represented by Jane LI were rewarded Beijing Top 10 Typical Trademark Litigation Cases of year 2022 and 2024.
