Overview:

Yang Jie has joined NTD since 2006 and has been engaged in intellectual property legal services, especially in the entire process of domestic and foreign trademark services, including pre-registration risk assessment, regular applications, and various dispute resolution cases. She has accumulated rich practical experience in trademark cases both in China and overseas. She has been awarded“Star trademark attorney”by CTA in 2022，and been rated a title of Senior Trademark Attorney with the Ranking of Professor by CTA and also been awarded the title of "Young Talent in Trademark Legal Services" by the Beijing Trademark Association. Her professional competence has been recognized by the industry authority.
