Overview:

Before joining NTD, Ms. Wu worked in China Patent Information Center from 2007 to 2010, where she received professional training by the State Intellectual Property Office of China (SIPO) and was mainly responsible for patent search and analysis, patent translation, patent training and management.

Joined NTD in 2010, Ms. Wu 's practice focuses mainly on patent prosecution. She has successfully represented multiple clients, including some gigantic transnational corporations, in patent prosecution. She has handled hundreds of patent filings and prosecuting cases covering various technical fields, particularly the fields of organic chemistry, polymers, materials, chemical engineering and food. Ms. Wu has also represented clients in many patent reexamination cases and patent invalidation cases. Ms. Wu has also drafted many patent applications for clients and filed these patent applications in China and many countries outside of China, such as the USA, Japan, and Europe.
