Overview:

Mr. Xu joined NTD in 2019, and he mainly engages in patent relevant issues in the field of chemistry, including drafting of patent applications, translating and the proofreading thereof for patent applications, substantive examination, reexamination, patent administration legal proceedings, patent stability analysis, drafting of third party observations and the like. Mr. Xu provide patent relevant service for various domestic and foreign companies on domestic and global patent applications. Additionally, Mr. Xu provided in house legal services for various Fortune 500 MNCs.
