Overview:

Joined NTD in 2005, Mrs. Bai's practice focuses mainly on patent prosecution. She has successfully represented some major corporations to handle hundreds patent filings and prosecuting cases covering various technical fields, particularly the fields of chemical and biotecnology. Mrs. Bai has also represented clients in many patent reexamination cases, patent invalidation cases, patent searching and analyzing cases. In addition, Mrs. Bai has also drafted some patent applications for clients and filed these patent applications in China.
