Overview:

 

Jinjun Tang graduated from Southwest University of Political and Law in 2019 and joined NTD in 2020 for law work in IP field. He has assisted senior partners to deal with various kinds of legal services for well-known domestic and foreign companies, such as IP infringement disputes, complaints for online infringement, negotiations and purchases for domain name and domain name disputes, copyright registrations for work and software.

• Represented Croplife and its member companies to participate exhibitions to take actions against trademark and/or patent infringers during the exhibitions for the past three years.

• Represented Bayer to take down infringing links on Taobao as a yearly project; Represented Korea Ginseng Corporation to take down infringing links on platforms as a yearly project, such as JD, TMall, etc.

• Represented ASUSTeK Computer Inc. to register the copyright of art work.
