Overview:

Yan ZHANG joined NTD after graduating from Renmin University of China in2014 and started his profession in intellectual property.


Yan ZHANG concentrates her practice in litigation and non-litigation of trademarks, anti-unfair competition, copyright, including civil litigation, trademark administrative litigation, administrative enforcement, customs protection, domain name complaints and IP strategy counseling. She has represented well-known Chinese and foreign enterprises in trademark, copyright and unfair competition litigation.

Representative cases:

• Representative of Johnson & Johnson, won two trademark infringement cases against local enterprises and Chinese citizen and successfully cancelled all the trademark registrations filed by the other party, which were selected as “2021 Excellent        Cases     of Foreign Legal Services of Beijing Lawyers Association” and “2021 Top 10 Trademark Litigation Cases of Beijing Trademark Association”

• Representative of DuPont, initiated an unfair competition a Chinese citizen from Sichuang and won the case, and which was selected as “Top 10 Intellectual Property Cases” of Sichuang.
