Overview:

Daisy once worked as an IP counsel in the Institute of Microelectronics of Chinese Academy of Sciences, where she accumulated extensive experience in capturing patentable ideas, selecting suitable patent protection strategies, patent drafting, translating and proofreading patent documents in semiconductor related fields. At NTD, Her practice involves patent drafting, prosecution and reexamination. Daisy is praised by her clients for closely working together with clients in patent mining and filing strategy advising. As a member of patent search team of NTD life sciences and chemistry group, Daisy is experienced in performing patent search, providing patent infringement analysis, and conducting due diligence investigation in the areas of chemistry and chemical engineering.
