Steve Liu joined NTD after graduation in 2018 for law work in IP field, he has assisted several senior partners to deal with various kinds of legal services for well-known domestic and foreign enterprises, such as IP infringement disputes, IP authorization and confirmation disputes, administrative anti-counterfeiting actions, online infringement complaints, IP assignment and licensing, commercial disputes of enterprises, and enterprise general legal counsel.

•    Represented a Hong Kong-listed company filing trade secret infringement civil litigation in Mainland China, and successfully achieved favorable settlement agreement

•    Represented a US-listed company in a contract dispute, finally reached a settlement that reducing half the amount of compensation claimed by the plaintiff 

•    Represented a Chinese famous internet company in a domain name squatting case, finally the domain name transferred to the client

•    Represented a world famous fashion brand filing trademark infringement litigation against a cross board e-commerce platform, the Court ruled the defendant to stop the infringement and bear the expenses
