Overview:

Mr. Wang's practice focuses mainly on patent prosecution. He has successfully represented many major corporations to handle thousands of patent filings and prosecuting cases covering various technical fields, particularly the fields of metal materials and heat treatment, metal pressing technology；casting and metallurgy；grinding and polishing；tyre manufacturing. Mr. Wang has also represented clients in many patent reexamination cases, patent invalidation cases and patent litigation cases. In addition, Mr. Wang has also drafted many patent applications for clients and filed these patent applications in China and many countries outside of China, such as the USA and Europe.
