Overview:

Ms. Wang's practice focuses mainly on patent prosecution, including: translating and text-proofing English patent documents, patent filing in China or other counties, reporting office actions with comments and responding to office actions. Ms. Wang's has also represented clients in patent reexamination cases and patent invalidation cases.

In particular, Ms. Wang has drafted more than eighty patent applications for the clients, including foreign and native clients, especially for many large enterprises and corporations, and filed these patent applications in China and many countries outside of China, such as the USA, India and Europe. Many of the drafted patent applications have been allowed. She is also experienced at replying all kinds of patent consultations from clients and making patent strategies for the enterprises and companies, and at Cn to En translation and En to Cn translation of patent documents.
