Overview:

Mr. Wei JIAN, patent attorney and President, received his Bachelor of Science degree in photoelectronics from Tsinghua University in 1989 and a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 2000 in New Hampshire of USA. He joined NTD and began to practice patent law in 1990. As a senior patent attorney, he has prosecuted a great number of patent applications for both foreign and domestic clients in the areas of microelectronics, optical-electronics, audio and video processing, and physics. His expertise is also recognized in patent drafting. Due to his excellent services done for client, he was once awarded the Gold Medal for Services. He now serves as President of NTD and supervises junior patent attorneys in patent drafting and prosecuting. Mr. Jian is fluent in English and is now the Standing Council member of All-China Patent Agents Association (ACPAA). He is also the Council Member of AIPPI China.
