Overview:

Mr. Yu's practice focuses mainly on patent prosecution. After graduation, he has joined IBM(China) as a technical specialist. During his career with IBM, Mr. Yu involved in system integration for various large companies of Banking and Telecommunications, gaining experiences on product features and system architectures, as well as the development of the industry. He has been working in NTD as a patent attorney since 2013. His job role primarily involves patent prosecution with an emphasis on the areas of Computer Science. He has successfully represented some major IT and electrical corporations in patent prosecution. He has handled hundreds of patent filings and prosecuting cases covering various technical fields, particularly the fields of communication, computer, networks, semiconductor, photoelectronics, consumer electronic products, etc.
