Overview:

Mr. Xia's practice focuses mainly on patent prosecution. He has successfully represented some major corporations to handle hundreds patent filings and prosecuting cases covering various technical fields, particularly the fields of mobile communication, computer engineering & computer science, network and image processing. Mr. Xia has also represented clients in many patent reexamination cases, patent invalidation cases and patent litigation cases. In addition, Mr. Xia has also drafted many patent applications for clients and filed these patent applications in China and many countries outside of China, such as the USA, Europe, Japan, Korea, India and Australia.
