Overview:

Mr. Shu's practice focuses mainly on patent prosecution. He has successfully represented some major corporations to handle hundreds patent filings and prosecuting cases covering various technical fields, particularly the fields of optics, semiconductor, optoelectronics. Mr. Shu has also represented clients in many patent reexamination cases and patent invalidation cases.

Education and Training:

Dr. Shu received his Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physics in 1998 from Beijing Institute of Technology and his Doctor of Engineer degree in Microelectronics and Solid Electronics in 2006 from Beijing University of Technology. 

Qualification:

Patent Attorney since 2011;Recommended by All-China Patent Agents Association (ACPAA) and licensed by the Supreme People’s Court to practice before the courts on patent litigation cases since 2017
