Overview:

Mr. Liu joined NTD in 2005, and he concentrates his practice on patent-related services in connection with a variety of technologies including computer software and hardware, networking, telecommunications, and consumer electronics. His work primarily includes patent drafting, prosecution and reexamination, patent invalidation, patent litigation, and etc. His enthusiasm for IT industry and IP practice of over ten years allow him to quickly understand the technical aspects of the inventions in the related art and to offer valuable opinions for better patent protection.

Education and Training:

• 2005, Beijing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics, M.S. in Computer Application Technology  
  
• 2002, Hebei University of Technology, B.S. in Computer Science and Technology

Qualification:

• 2014, recommended by All-China Patent Agents Association (ACPAA) and licensed by the Supreme People’s Court to practice before the courts on patent litigation cases    
  
• 2009, qualified as a registered patent attorney
