Overview:

Mr. WANG's practice focuses mainly on patent prosecution and patent drafting. He has successfully represented some major corporations in patent prosecution. He has handled hundreds of patent filings and prosecuting cases covering various technical fields, particularly the fields of vehicle engineering, internal combustion engine and control thereof, driving assistance, automatic control, power tools, household appliances, printing technology, railway vehicles, thermodynamics engineering, agricultural machines, hydraulic system, etc. Mr. WANG has also represented renowned clients in many patent reexamination cases, some patent invalidation cases and patent litigation cases. In addition, Mr. WANG has also drafted patent applications for clients and filed these patent applications in China and abroad, such as in USA and Europe.
