    Overview:

      Mr. Tao Pang, as the IP legal counsel for a number of domestic and international companies, has rich experience in providing advice on brand protection strategy and enforcement, specializes in drafting of legal agreements and contracts related to trademarks, and is also good at making legal analysis and giving solutions to the various trademark disputes the companies may encounter.

      During his legal practice of over a decade long, Mr. Pang has handled thousands of cases on trademark registration, refusal, opposition and trademark dispute. He also accumulated rich experience in the area of the recognition of well-known trademarks, trademark administrative litigation and trademark civil litigation with a higher rate of success.
