Overview:

Mr. Luan joined NTD in 2011, but he began to receive professional IP training provided by the SIPO as early as 2007. Before he came to NTD, he already had been working as an analyzer in a patent analysis company for 4 years, responsible for deeply processing chemical and/or biological information in the related Chinese patent applications and patents, and then as a patent attorney in an intellectual property law corporation for 2 years.

At NTD, his practice involves patent drafting, patent prosecution and reexamination, etc. He has handled hundreds of patent filings and prosecution cases in biotechnology and pharmaceutical related areas. Mr. Luan is the team leader of patent search team of NTD life sciences and chemical group. He has strong expertise in patent search and analysis, including prior art search, FTO search and analysis, patent watch, patent landscape, etc. He has provided quite a number of FTO search and analysis reports for both international and domestic clients in the fields of biotechnology and pharmaceutical. Mr. Luan is highly appraised by clients for the excellent FTO and DD work provided by his patent search team.
