Overview:

Mr.Guo's practice focuses mainly on patent prosecution. He has successfully represented multiple clients, including some gigantic transnational corporations, in patent prosecution. He has handled hundreds of patent filings and prosecuting cases covering various technical fields, particularly the fields of food; specialty chemicals; pharmaceuticals; veterinary medicines. Mr. Guo has also represented clients in many patent reexamination cases, patent invalidation cases, and patent litigation cases. Mr. Guo has also drafted many patent applications for clients and filed them in China and many countries outside China, such as the USA, Japan, and Europe.
