Overview:

Ms. An's practice focuses mainly on patent prosecution. She has successfully represented some major corporations to handle hundreds of patent filings and prosecuting cases covering various technical fields, particularly the fields of pharmaceuticals, veterinary medicines, food, sanitizing products, and coatings. Ms. An has also represented clients in many patent reexamination cases.  In addition, Ms. An has also drafted many patent applications for clients and filed these patent applications in China and many countries/areas outside China, such as the USA, Europe and Japan.

Education and Training:

Ms. An received her B.S. degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from China Pharmaceutical University in 2001 and M.S. degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Tianjin University in 2007.

Patent Attorney since 2010
