Overview:

Ms. Peng’s practice focuses mainly on patent drafting, prosecution and reexamination. She has successfully represented multiple clients, including some gigantic transnational corporations, to handle a large number of patent applications in the areas of polymeric chemistry, organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry and material chemistry. Ms. Peng accumulated extensive experience in patent drafting, prosecution and reexamination. She also has experience in providing patent validity analysis, patent stability assessment, third party observations, infringement analysis, etc.
