Overview:

Before joining NTD in 2010, Mr. Huang worked in R&D group of a Beijing pharmaceutical factory in the field of new drug development. He has over 10 year experience in the IP field and has successfully handled hundreds of patent filings and prosecuting cases for clients in China and many countries outside of China. He is skillful in the fields of patent drafting, patent prosecution and reexamination, patent invalidation, patent searching and analyzing, patent infringement searching and analyzing, due diligence investigation and consulting etc.
