Overview:

Mr. Wang’s practice focuses mainly on patent prosecution. He has successfully represented some major corporations to handle hundreds of patent filings and prosecuting cases as well as patent reexamination cases covering various technical fields in life sciences and biotechnology. In addition, Mr. Wang has also drafted many patent applications for clients and filed these patent applications in China and many countries/areas outside China, such as the USA and Europe.
