Overview:

Ms. Hu has worked as a patent attorney for more than eight years. Her special interest includes semiconductor process, IC, plasma diagnostic, computer science and communication technology. She has handled a large number of foreign and domestic patent cases and is experienced in advising clients in patent preparation and prosecution, patent drafting, patent reexamination, pre-litigation analysis, and patent evaluation. Ms. Hu is fluent in English and Japanese and a member of All-China Patent Agents Association (ACPAA).

Ms. Hu joined NTD Shanghai office as a Patent Attorney in 2013.  Prior to this, Ms. Hu worked as a R&D engineer of a semiconductor company in Japan for three years, focusing on research of plasma etching equipment, and then she worked as a patent attorney for three years in the department of Intellectual Property of a leading law firm.
