Overview:

Ms. Ma's practice focuses mainly on patent prosecution. She has successfully represented some major corporations to handle hundreds patent filings and prosecuting cases covering various technical fields, particularly the fields of automobiles, driving assistance, material processing. Ms. Ma has also represented clients in many patent reexamination cases, patent invalidation cases and patent litigation cases. In addition, Ms. Ma has also drafted many patent applications for clients and filed these patent applications in China and many countries outside of China, such as the USA and Europe. Ms. Ma is a member of ACPAA (All-China Patent Agents Association) and she is fluent in both English and French.
