On May 19, 2025 (San Diego time), the "Chinese Trademark Agency Top 40 for Foreign-Related " was grandly released at the China Trademark Association Forum during the INTA 2025 Annual Meeting in San Diego. This list is jointly released by China Trademark Magazine and IPHouse under the guidance of the China Trademark Association. The released list is intended to provide decision-making reference for foreign companies seeking trademark service in the Chinese market, and to facilitate the smooth development of their intellectual property-related work in China.
The release of this list uses official data to establish a systematic evaluation model from more than ten dimensions, including the number of foreign-related trademark applications, foreign-related trademark opposition cases, foreign-related trademark review cases etc. The model evaluates trademark agencies filed with the Trademark Office of the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), and ultimately selects the 40 most outstanding foreign-related trademark agencies.
