Hongxin Wang, Senior Partner of NTD Intellectual Property Attorneys, was honored with the "Rising Star" accolade for her outstanding performance on the INTA Bulletin Committee. On May 18th, 2024, Eastern Time, during the Rising Star reception at the International Trademark Association (INTA) 2024 Annual Meeting held in Altanta, CEO of INTA, Etienne Sanz de Acedo, delivered a speech at the event, congratulating the recipients of this prestigious recognition.
The Rising Star program was launched in 2022 to identify and cultivate future leaders and contributors to the IP profession.
During her tenure on the INTA Bulletin Committee, Ms. Hongxin Wang has authored numerous articles in the INTA Bulletin introducing influential trademark cases in China and has also published articles on trademark practices or cases from other countries in the INTA China Bulletin. Her work has gained wide attention and some articles have received the "most-viewed" for the period, demonstrating her keen insight and profound thinking in the intellectual property industry.

Hongxin Wang joined NTD in 1997 and started his profession in intellectual property. Ms. Wang earned a Master of Law degree in Renmin University of China. Ms. Wang has been qualified to practice as trademark attorney, patent attorney and attorney at law since 1998, 2010 and 2011 respectively.
Ms. Wang concentrates her practice in IP strategy counseling, and foreign-related IP litigation. Ms. Wang has more than 20 years of experience in representing many famous companies in the protection of their IP rights in China. Ms. Wang has rich experience in the field of trademark prosecution, license, opposition, invalidation, recognition and protection of well-known marks and administrative litigation.
