NTD was honored as 2021-2022 Excellent Trademark Agency

In recent days, NTD IP Attorneys as awarded the title of 2021-2022 Excellent Trademark Agency by the China Trademark Association (CTA). A total of four attorneys, i.e., Ms. Jie Yang, Mr. Hongliang MA, Ms. Junqiu Feng and Ms. Yingshuo Xie were titled with “Excellent Trademark Attorneys”.

 Jie Yang 

 Jie Yang has joined NTD since 2006 and has more than 10 years of experience in trademark practice, especially in trademark application, opposition, disputes, assignment and licensing, consultation of trademark protection strategies etc.

Hongliang MA

Hongliang MA concentrates his practice in trademark legal services after graduating from Minzu University of China in 2007. He joined NTD in 2012 and has fifteen years of working experience so far. Before joining NTD, he served as an assistant Examiner of the former Trademark Review and Adjudication Board from 2008 to 2010, and served as the deputy leader of the fifth review group. He has received comprehensive training on professional and systematic trademark review and adjudication cases, and is familiar with the trial standards of trademark review and examination work, and can provide clients with more precise legal opinions and suggestions.

Junqiu Feng

Junqiu Feng has nearly 20 years’ experience in trademark field.  Her practice comprises all aspects of obtaining and protecting trademark rights including applications for registration, assignments, oppositions and appeals for companies ranging from startups to the Fortune 500. She provides tailored strategies that address clients’ business needs and goals.

Yingshuo Xie

Yingshuo Xie has practice for nearly 20 years and has represented many global or world 500 TOP companies for trademark disputes based on well-known mark claims and copyrights. Ms. Xie is good at providing clients for practical advices and strategical suggestions from company’s business need and has sophisticated experience in trademark prosecutions and administrative lawsuits.
