To encourage the professional trademark attorneys who made outstanding achievements for a long term, China Trademark Association recently held a first selection of “Golden Trademark Attorneys”. 112 attorneys entered into the primary selection based on the evaluation criteria promulgated by the Award Committee. Ge Aidi, Qiu Hong, Hong Ying, three senior trademark attorneys from NTD, were awarded with this honor.
“Golden Trademark Attorneys” is a symbol of the high public recognition to our three professional attorneys, and it also highlights our service awareness of formal and high-efficient, professional attitude of progressive and earnest mind of quality-monitoring in the field of trademark. NTD trademark group always pursues the excellent service and upholds the work ethics of pioneering and innovative. In the future, we will take the opportunity to promote our professional skills, set our sights on higher-quality service and repay the clients for their support and trust.
As a member of China Trademark Association (CTA), NTD’s trademark group is one of the earliest and experienced trademark teams in China. We have practiced and provided full services in trademark aspects for almost 30 years including search and surveillance, assignment, modification, renewal, licensing, opposition, cancellation, invalidation, administrative litigation, and consultation on trademark protection strategies. There are 35 plus trademark attorneys and 25 plus supporting staff in the trademark group. Especially, we have 15 senior trademark attorneys (with experience more than 10 years in the field of trademark) as leaders of different teams, among who 5 attorneys have experience of more than 20 years. The trademark group enjoys good reputation among clients and has been placed in high ranks for many years by the professional media like WTR, MIP.

Ge Aidi joined NTD in 1996 and became a qualified trademark attorney in 1998. In her twenty years practice, she has handled and supervised a large number of trademark prosecution and contentious cases on behalf of multinational clients, many of them are among “Global 500” corporations. She has successfully obtained recognition of well-known trademark before trademark administrative authorities and court for a number of international clients. Ms. Ge provides strategic counseling to both domestic and international clients. Her rich experience helps her to provide tactical advice oriented to client’s individual needs and the Chinese business environment. She is adept at providing practical and efficient solutions to complicated trademark disputes in cost-effective manner.
