On the afternoon of April 19, 2019, the 14th China Top Ten Influential Litigation Conference was successfully held at the National Judges College. The organizers of this year's selection activities and conferences are the China Law Society Case Law Research Association, the Supreme People's Court Judicial Case Research Institute, the Law Press, the China Law Review, and the Southern Weekend Newspaper. Relevant leaders and judicial case researchers from the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Ministry of Public Security, and the Ministry of Justice, experts and scholars from the National Judges College, Peking University, China University of Political Science and Law, Zhengzhou University, and the Secretary General as well as parts of the executive directors and directors of the Law Society of the Chinese Law Society attended the conference together.
The Tenth (2018) Ten Influential Lawsuits were jointly issued by Xie Pengcheng, Director of the Institute of Procuratorial Theory of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, President of the Judicial Case Research Institute, and Jiang Huiling, Vice President of the National Judges College. Dior's 3D Trademark Case agented by NTD was only selected as the intellectual property case.
